Physical locations (In-Store)
No refunds, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@joanne-clothing.com.au. Please note that items purchased online should only be returned online and items purchased instore can only be returned instore.
Damages and issues (In-Store)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items (In-Store)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges (In-Store)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges (Online)
When an exchange is requested for online purchases it is the customers responsibility to purchase a shipping label and return it to our in store address.

- An exchange is accepted if the original tags are still on clothing and the clothing is not damaged or stained in any sort of manner.

ONLINE STORE (Online)
We have a 30-day refund policy for items bought through our online store. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

- We at JOANNE CLOTHING do not pay for any return shipping charges.
- We recommend to use Australia Post eParcels for returns.
Change Of Mind? (Online)
In the event that you decide that you change your mind about an item within 30 days of the item's arrival, you will be eligible for a full refund.
